La Maquinaria Nortena
La Maquinaria Norteña is one of the most successful 21st century norteño groups. Their sound -- populated with saxophone, accordion, drums, electric bass, and vocals -- offers a musical continuum to the Mexican Regional tradition, particularly within the northern style of Chihuahua. Their early recordings, including an eponymous debut in 2006, helped establish their reputation as a lively, crowd-pleasing outfit equally at home playing polkas, traditional songs, and narcocorridos.

Javier Rosas
Javier Rosas is a Mexican singer and songwriter from Sinaloa, Mexico. He is well known for his Norteño-style music, which is characterized by its use of accordions and guitarron. He has released five albums since his debut in 2014 and has collaborated with many famous Latin American artists. His songs have topped the charts in Mexico and Latin America, making him one of the most popular Norteño singers of the last decade.
